Three Phase ICT Current Isolation Transformer for Energy Meter Testing
When testing three-phase energy meters where the voltage and current measurement circuits cannot be separated (closed links), it is necessary to isolate the voltage and current circuits. In multi-meter inspection, due to the complexity of three-phase circuits, the voltage isolation method can no longer meet the needs of actual inspection, and current isolation method is needed to ensure the inspection accuracy.
Features and Functions
  • Provides current isolation for energy meter testing in three-phase systems with non-separable voltage and current circuits, ensuring measurement accuracy during multi-meter testing.
  • Enables accurate equipotential method calibration for both three-phase and single-phase energy meters with non-separable voltage and current circuits, where each meter is independently supplied by an isolation current transformer (CT).
  • Features three independent 1:1 current transformers per unit, supporting isolated current supply for individual meters in multi-meter setups.
  • Offers a wide current range of 0.05A-120A/0.05A-120A for primary and secondary circuits, Rated range (with 0.01% accuracy): 0.1A-100A/0.1A-100A
  • Single turn through the center, energy saving and high efficiency, the maximum output power of 70VA (I = 100A)
  • Special electronic error compensation technology ensures high accuracy (0.01% class) across the wide range.
  • Provides output secondary open-circuit and overload protection indication, alarm and automatic shorting.
  • External status indication (P1/P2/P3 luminous indicator lights) and control buttons for easy operation.
  • Supports series connection of multiple CTs, with primary inputs connected in series and secondary circuits operating as independent power supply loops for parallel meter testing.
